Advertising Campaign Coordinator / Analyst

Los Angeles-based, Internet Brands, Inc. is currently seeking an entry level Advertising Campaign Coordinator/Analyst with HTML skills to manage advertising campaigns. This is a great opportunity for recent grads in math, computer science, statistics and econ who love analytical work and fast paced environments. 

The ideal candidate will be a sharp self starter who loves the web, who is strong in HTML and who is extremely client service oriented and can speak to advertisers credibly about their campaigns. If you are a media planner with technology experience, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Specific Duties:
  • Implement online media campaigns onto the Internet Brands network of sites.
  • Partner with sales team, clients & agencies, site production & development, and marketing teams to optimize campaign performance based on client goals.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance.
  • Provide forecasting and timely reporting.
  • Troubleshoot ad creatives and ad serving problems.
  • Work closely with the Tech Department on integrating custom ads into the site.
  • Support business teams in integrating newly acquired websites and ad campaigns onto our ad server platform.
  • Provide professional customer service to sales team and advertisers. 

Preferred Experience and Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, and Excel
  • Spectacular organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with DoubleClick, Atlas, 24/7 Real Media, or similar ad serving solution a strong plus
  • Great communication skills and initiative.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and team-based environment.
  • Bachelors degree.
